WEEK 11: Ruiz wins the Tour Championship!
[View photo]		Mike Ruiz finished the 2008 BHVT season in class, by winning the Tour Championship. Ruiz beat Ross Wellington on the first hole of the playoff to win the $11,500 first place check and with his victory he was also awarded an oysterdate perpetual Rolex watch. Ruiz fired rounds of 70, 68, 70 & 68. Mike has also earned an exemption for the upcoming Las Vegas PGA Tour event (Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open) which will be played on Oct. 16-19. WEEK 10: Ruiz rakes it in at Boulder Creek!
[View photo]		Mike Ruiz has plenty to be smiling about after his victory at Boulder Creek in the regular season finale. Ruiz fired rounds of (69, 65 & 64) to finish at (-18) overall sealing his 3rd win of the season. With this victory, Ruiz finishes the regular season #1 on the money list ($28,542), earning him a PGA Tour exemption into the Justin Timberlake Shriner's Hospital for Children Open and a paid entry into the PGA Tour Q-School. He also finished #1 on the Pinnacle Trading Point Series list (2200 pts) and will receive a $10,000 bonus check. Congratulations Mike on an outstanding season! WEEK 9: Drew gets another course record and win at Paiute!
[View photo]		James Drew started the final round three shots back of the lead and fired a Paiute Snow Mountain course record (63) to tie Jake Ellison at (-22) overall and force a playoff. On the fourth hole of the playoff, Drew hit his 2nd shot to three feet and made the birdie to win the Paiute Snow Mountain Championship. This is Drew's 2nd win and 2nd course record of the season. WEEK 8: Meeks gets his first win of the season at Siena!
[View photo]		Eric Meeks fired rounds of (68, 65 & 65) finishing at (-18) overall to win the Siena Championship by one shot over Nicholas Becker. Eric had no blemishes on his final round scorecard....7 birdies and 11 pars. With this victory, he jumped to the #6 spot on the money list ($12,552) and a T-6 on the Points list (600 pts). WEEK 7: Ruiz makes it #2 at Bali Hai!
[View photo]		Mike Ruiz won his 2nd BHVT tournament of the summer by winning the Bali Hai Championship. Ruiz fired rounds of (66, 67 & 69) to finish at (-11) overall. With this victory, he vaulted to the #1 spot on the money list ($18,362) and the #2 spot in the Pinnacle Trading points series (1150). Congratulations Mike on a great week at Bali Hai! WEEK 6: Becker wins a thriller at Primm Valley!
[View photo]		Nicholas Becker was forced to birdie the final hole to win over Kenny Ebalo and did so to win the Primm Valley Desert Championship. Ebalo posted a Primm Valley Desert course record (60) about an hour before Becker finished and was sitting as the leader in the clubhouse at (-18) overall. Both Becker and Ebalo were hot all day! Becker birdied 9 of his last 13 holes and Ebalo had 12 birdies and 6 pars on his scorecard. This was Nicholas Becker's first victory on the BHVT! Congratulations Nicholas on an outstanding week! WEEK 5: Carlson gets his first professional win at the Spanish Trail Championship!
[View photo]		Mitch Carlson started the final round with a one shot lead over the field and that is how he finished. Although there were five lead changes during the final nine holes of play, Carlson was able to seal the deal with birdies on five of the last six holes. He fired rounds of (69, 66, 65) to finish at (-16) overall. Congratulations Mitch on your first BHVT win and your first professional win! WEEK 4: Drew wins the Bear's Best Championship!
[View photo]		James Drew was solid all week with rounds of (66, 66 and 67). In the final round, Drew was trailing 2nd round leader David Hewan by one shot through the 14th hole, but Drew birdied 15, 16, 17 & 18 and won the Bear's Best Championship by two shots. Congratulations James on your victory! Also, congratulations to David Hewan on his 2nd place finish and great week of play! *Note....Kevin Riley shot a (62) in round one and broke the Bear's Best course record previously held by PGA Tour members Briny Baird & JL Lewis (63). WEEK 3: Ellison wins in a playoff at Boulder Creek!
[View photo]		After 72 holes, Jake Ellison and Carlos Concha were tied at a BHVT regular season record (-20). After signing their scorecards, they moved to the 16th hole for the playoff. On the first playoff hole, Jake Ellison made a birdie to win the Boulder Creek Championship. This is Jake's first win of the season and he has now moved into the #2 spot on the money list. WEEK 2: Ruiz gets his first BHVT win at Royal Links!

Ruiz grabbed the lead after round 1 with a (68), then followed up with a Royal Links course record (63) in round 2 and closed the door with a final round (69) to win by 4 shots over Nicholas Becker. WEEK 1: Gallagher wins in a playoff at Dragon Ridge!
[View photo]		Jeff Gallagher followed up last week's top 10 finish on the Nationwide Tour by winning the BHVT Summer Series opener. Gallagher got in to the field as a weekly member and fired rounds of (70, 70 & 66) to finish at (-10) overall. He won with a birdie on the 1st playoff hole over Cole Nondorf.
