Tour Players

• Pro or amateur status okay (amateurs must have verifiable index 2.0 or better)
• Player must be at least 18 years old to compete on the Butch Harmon Vegas Tour
• Will accept player applications from all countries

Tournament Officials
There will be (1) Tour Official Director plus (2) On-Course Officials at each Tournament.

Prize Money Checks
All prize money checks will be hand delivered to the player after the first round of the next week’s event. However, the player may also request that the check be sent to a given address.

Tournament info / Tournament Cuts
All regular season Tournaments will be 3 day (3-round) tournaments. There will be cuts after the 2nd round. Cut lines will be at 35% of the field once the player count is final. All players on the 3rd day (final round) will draw a check. There will be NO CUT at the Match Play Championship. All 16 qualifying players will draw a check.

Buddy System
Any (2) players may split the Winter Series season by using our buddy system. The Butch Harmon Vegas Tour requires any player to play a minimum of (5) tournaments to qualify for the Match Play Championship.

Scoring System
The Butch Harmon Vegas Tour will use the BlueGolf Scoring system. There will be daily scoring updates, plus other player tracking and tournament information. All data and information will be posted to the website.

Pace of Play
The Butch Harmon Vegas Tour will monitor pace of play to ensure all rounds will be completed in a timely manner. The pace of play for a threesome is four hours and twelve minutes (14 minutes per hole). The pace of play for a twosome is three hours and fifty-four minutes (13 minutes per hole).

Range Finders
The Butch Harmon Vegas Tour will only allow Range Finder devices measuring yardage.

Dress Code
Shorts okay; no demin or cut-offs allowed. Mock-neck or golf shirts only and must be tucked in. Soft spikes only. This dress code applies to caddies as well as players.

Conduct
Any verbal abuse or vulgar language toward(s) BHVT staff or rules officials will result in disciplinary action. There will be no club throwing during participation. No alcohol, drugs, gambling, or cell phones allowed on course. Players not adhering to this policy may be subject to penalty or disqualification.
